Accessibility

Accessibility at the Max-Schmeling-Halle: Information for Guests with Special Needs
The Max-Schmeling-Halle is designed to be accessible and meets modern standards to ensure a pleasant and accessible event experience for all visitors. Particular attention has been paid to the needs of people with limited mobility.

Wheelchair-Accessible Seats
Specially designated seats are available at the venue for wheelchair users and their companions—please be sure to indicate when booking your tickets if you require one of these seats so that we can ensure appropriate seating arrangements.

Recommendations for Guests
with Limited Mobility We recommend aisle seats in the last rows of blocks A–L for our guests with walking difficulties. These seats offer particularly convenient access. For an overview of the seating areas, please refer to the seating chart for the Max-Schmeling-Halle.
Walkers and other mobility aids may, of course, be brought into the venue. These can be safely parked in front of the railing of the respective block without restricting the freedom of movement of other guests.

Accessibility
Access to the arena via the Falkplatz entrance is accessible; the entrance is the first one on the left. This route is particularly suitable for those arriving by taxi or shuttle service. Elevators are available inside the arena to provide comfortable, step-free access to all levels.

Support for Visually Impaired Guests
We ask guests with visual impairments who rely on a guide dog to contact us in advance of the event so that we can ensure the best possible support tailored to their needs. Contact us by email at mailto:empfang(at)velomax.de

Access to Facilities
All routes to the seating areas, food and beverage areas, and accessible restrooms are fully accessible.
If you have any questions or need assistance during the event, our security and service staff will be happy to assist you at any time.
