Apleona GmbH has established a group-wide reporting procedure that is open to all companies within the Apleona Group, including Velomax Berlin Hallenbetriebs GmbH. Through this reporting channel, all employees, customers, and suppliers can confidentially—and anonymously, if desired—report suspected or actual violations of Apleona’s policies and legal requirements. This includes, among other things, violations of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG), the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), and other relevant regulations.
