Directions and parking
The Max-Schmeling-Halle is integrated into the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark in Prenzlauer Berg. The closest train stations are the subway station Eberswalder Straße (U2) and the S+U station Schönhauser Allee. You can also find two streetcar stops close by: Milastraße and Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark are both within walking distance (approx. 600 m). We ask pedestrians to note that the passageway via the parking lot (between Jahn-Sportpark and Max-Schmeling-Halle) is closed during concerts. Alternatively, you can use Cantian- and Gaudystraße.
When planning your journey, please consider the following
The Max-Schmeling-Halle does not offer visitor parking. Resident parking spaces in the vicinity are subject to the parking space management of the district of Pankow-Prenzlauer Berg. We therefore recommend arriving by public transport (S-Bahn and BVG) or by bicycle. Because we want to offer an neighborhood-friendly alternative, we are cooperating with nextbike. One station is located directly in front of the main entrance on the forecourt of the Max-Schmeling-Halle. Further information on registration and pricing can be found on the website. Bicycles can also be easily combined with public transport. Additionally, bike racks are available in front of and on the side of the venue for securely locking private bicycles.
Please note that bicycle helmets are not allowed inside the arena. However, you can store them free of charge at the bag check.
If you choose to arrive by car, please note: Parking prices in the immediate vicinity (if available) are € 3.00 per hour during events.
We also recommend using the nearby parking garages.
