Directions and parking
The Max-Schmeling-Halle is integrated into the Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark in Prenzlauer Berg. The closest train stations are the subway station Eberswalder Straße (U2) and the S+U station Schönhauser Allee. You can also find two streetcar stops close by: Milastraße and Friedrich-Ludwig-Jahn-Sportpark are both within walking distance (approx. 600 m). We ask pedestrians to note that the passageway via the parking lot (between Jahn-Sportpark and Max-Schmeling-Halle) is closed during concerts. Alternatively, you can use Cantian- and Gaudystraße.
When planning your journey, please consider the following
The Max-Schmeling-Halle does not offer visitor parking. Resident parking spaces in the vicinity are subject to the parking space management of the district of Pankow-Prenzlauer Berg. We therefore recommend arriving by public transport (S-Bahn and BVG) or by bicycle. Because we want to offer an neighborhood-friendly alternative, we are cooperating with nextbike. One nextbike station is located directly in front of the main entrance on the vestibule of the Max-Schmeling-Halle. Other bicycle stations can be found in the immediate vicinity of the venue. Information on registration and costs are available on here. The bikes are also a very good addition to public transportation.
Please note that bringing bicycle helmets into the venue is not permitted. However, you have the possibility to leave them at the bag drop free of charge.
Should you choose to arrive by car, please note: Prices of parking spaces in the immediate vicinity (if available): 3.00 EUR/h during events
Please also use the parking garages in the immediate vicinity:
