Special consideration was given to the requirements of wheelchair-bound guests during the planning and construction phase. Thus, seats for wheelchair users and their companions are available in the Max-Schmeling-Halle. We kindly ask you to indicate this when ordering your tickets.

We recommend that guests with disabilities (especially walking disabilities) use the seats along the aisles in the last rows of blocks A-L. For a block plan, please click on Block plan Max-Schmeling-Halle.

We kindly ask guests with a visual impairment who are dependent on a guide dog, to contact us directly in advance of an event via e-mail info@velomax.de.

Please note that routes to the seats, to the concession stands and to the appropriately equipped sanitary facilities are guaranteed. If you have any questions or need assistance during an event, please contact our on-site security and service staff, who will be more than happy to help you.

The Max-Schmeling-Halle has a limited number of parking spaces for visitors in wheelchairs and, depending on the event situation, it may be possible to reserve them. For optimal handling, please let us know for which event you have purchased tickets. We will gladly try to reserve a space for you.
