Accessibility

Accessibility in the Max-Schmeling-Halle: Information for guests with special needs
The Max-Schmeling-Halle is barrier-free and meets modern standards to ensure a pleasant and accessible event experience for all visitors.
In particular, the needs of people with limited mobility have been taken into account.

Wheelchair accessible seats
Specially designated spaces are available in the venue for wheelchair users and their companions - please make sure you indicate when booking your tickets if you require one of these spaces so that we can ensure that you are allocated a suitable seat.

Recommendations for guests with limited mobility
For our guests with walking disabilities, we recommend aisle seats in the last rows of blocks A-L. These seats offer particularly comfortable access.
For an overview of the seating areas, please refer to the block plan of the Max-Schmeling-Halle.
Rollators and other walking aids may of course be brought along. These can be parked safely in front of the railing of the respective block.

Barrier-free access
Barrier-free access to the venue is via the Falkplatz access road. This route is particularly suitable for arrivals by cab or transport services. Elevators are available in the arena to reach all levels comfortably and without steps.

Support for visually impaired guests
Visually impaired guests who are dependent on a guide dog are requested to contact us in advance of the event so that we can ensure the best possible support tailored to their needs.
Please contact us by e-mail: info(at)velomax.de

Access to facilities
All routes to the seating areas, catering areas and barrier-free sanitary facilities are optimally accessible.
If you have any questions or require assistance during the event, our stewards and service staff will be happy to help you at any time.
