Where should I buy my ticket?

I bought my ticket on a reseller platform/ from another person. Is the ticket valid?
We cannot proof the authenticity of your tickets before the event. Beware of ticket fraud! We strongly advise to purchase tickets only at trusted ticket shops.
Can I post a photograph of my ticket?
We advise to avoid that. If necessary please make sure to obliterate the ticket code and the ticket number.
Protection of Young Persons Act
Minors older than 6 years and under the age of 16 may only attend the concert at the Max-Schmeling-Halle if they are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian must be 18 years or older and have a valid ticket, too. Children under the age of 6 have no access to the show.
The guardian must surveille at all times, even if he or she has a ticket for another area. The guardian must enter the venue together with the child.

Attendees older than 16 years are allowed to attend the show by their self.
What is the schedule for the show?
The show starts at 8:00 PM and ands approximately at 10 PM.
Is there a good view from all ticket catogorys, also the ones situated next to and behind the stage?
Yes, the view is ensured from every seat. To get an idea how it looks like please have a look here.
How will the stage be situated, will there be screens?
This will not be communicated beforehand.
Am I allowed to sleep/camp at the venue site?
No. It is strictly forbidden to camp next, on, nearby or around the Max-Schmeling-Halle. Please note: it will not give you any chance for an earlier entrance if you camp here.

Will there be a numbering system?
Information will be announced at short notice.
Is it allowed to bring light sticks, banners and balloons to the show?
Light sticks are permitted, banners up to the size of an A3 piece of paper also – only without a stick! Find our house rules here.
Am I allowed to bring a camera?
Cellphone cameras are allowed. Any other type of camera is not permitted (e.g. System camera, SLR camera, GoPros and selfie sticks). The promoter reserves the right to change the rules and restriction at his sole discretion. Please check out website again a couple of days before the event.
Am I allowed to film during the show?
Filming is not permitted.
Am I allowed to bring a poster?
Small posters up to DIN A3 are allowed in the venue, anything above and beyond that size is not permitted. Further information can be found here.
Am I allowed to bring presents/ letters for my artist?
Due to security reasons it’s not allowed to bring any gifts for the musicians. Thanks for your understanding.
Will there be merchandising at the concert?
Am I allowed to sell/ give goods away before or inside the show/ venue (like music albums, fan art prints)?
No, to trade goods or even give goods to other people in front of the venue will be punished with a sending-off, if necessary with the police involved.
Is it allowed to do a random dance event?
Yes, as long as you are not affecting the organization and the situation of entry for the guest you are allowed to dance.
I am a disabled person and/or need help to get into the show, who am I supposed to contact?
Please talk to our staff. They will let you know which the right entrance is and where to get help.
